Independent practice of psychology Director, Neuro-Psychology Associates of Western Massachusetts: Located in Springfield, MA, NPA is a multi-provider practice of psychological and neuropsychological outpatient services, forensic neuropsychology and consultation to nursing homes, agencies, and other practitioners.
November 1995 to Present:
President and Director, ADD Center of Western Massachusetts: Located in Springfield, MA, The ADD Center provides comprehensive psychological, psychiatric, and neuropsychological evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with attention deficit disorders.
August 1998 to Present:
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the MVA Center for Rehabilitation. The MVA Center is a multidisciplinary treatment center for patients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. With a staff of two physicians, a nurse, a physician assistant and 11 physical therapists, patients are treated on site and on referral to a network of specialists in more than 30 disciplines.

Has presented more than 400 workshops, television presentations, radio appearances, and lectures between 1978 and the present. On lecture panel for Novartis, Janssen, and Eisai pharmaceutical manufacturers. Lectures to the general public, lawyers, physicians, elder care workers, teachers, and nurses. Topics included diagnosis and management of patients with dementias, mild head injury, neuropsychological assessment, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder across the lifespan, forensic psychology, stress management, assertiveness training, burnout in the helping professions, behavioral medicine, and sexual disorders. From September 1998 to June 1999, cohost (with partner Lynn Newlove, Ph.D.) of weekly radio program, "On Your Mind" on WNNZ am.
